During the past years, the numerous transport operators integrated in the Consorcio Regional de Transportes (CRTM) have been modifying their legal frameworks to standardize the conditions for bicycle access to their facilities and vehicles. The RENFE Suburban rail, Metro, light rail and EMT have amended current legislation based always on the characteristics of their networks and vehicles. Currently, there is no standard or guidelines for the admission of bicycles, but the legislation is based on the respective regulation developed from the Transport Regulation Act.

Inventory and intervention in the so-called "blocking points" of cycle-pedestrian routes in the access to transport stops network and cycling itineraries.
The technology of the public transport card makes possible for it to be used in many of the Public Bicycle services of the municipalities of the Region.
Study of homogeneous regulation in all modes and with restrictions applicable only in cases of congestion at rush hour or vehicle capacity.
Edition of new routes of the "Green Stations Network" program and technical support to the bicycle tour project "Ciclamadrid" to access its main nodes.
