With the new card, changes in user profile can be made with no need to buy a new card. The changes from Young Pass to Regular Travel Pass and from this to Elderly Pass will be automatically updated when you enter the card in any machine of the recharge network, (i.e., the card of a user of a Young Travel Pass who turns 26 years old will automatically change the profile to Regular when the user enters the card into any of the recharge machines.)
If the special discount conditions are changing (large family or disability), the user shall go with the documentation that evidences the new status (Certificate of large family or certificate of disability equal or higher than 65%) to any management office, where his card will be updated with no need to buy a new one.
