This is an involuntary ticket validation because of unintended consecutive validations by mistake. This incident will only be attended at the time it is occurs.

The bus-driver will provide a payment receipt to be submitted at a Management Office (with balance recovery function) to replace the unintended trip-ticket validation.  

When an unintended trip-ticket validation occurs in Metro de Madrid, the incident must be noticed to a commercial agent of Metro de Madrid, who will refund the value of the unintended ticket validation throughout a function of the automatic machine.  

If that incident occurs in Light Rail, it must be warned in the first station providing on-site assistance, and to proceed as indicated to resolve it.
