The Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid has already started issuing and renewal of Yearly Passes for 2014, for the first time will have contactless technology that is gradually being established the Community of Madrid in their transport. The new annual Public Transport Cards will be available in all modes and existing profiles (Young, Normal, Elderly, Large Family and Disability) as well as for all zonal and inter-zonal relations.

The renewal of these annual titles began in late October, sending a letter to the holders thereof and reporting that the change would be made for free until November 30, if done through printed, and 31 December if the renewal is processed online. For new users, the issuance of the Public Transport Card is charged at 4 euros.

To carry out the processing of the new card, you can use the website www.tarjetatransportepublico.es/anual or go to one of the nine management offices authorized by the Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid to collect and submit the application printed and associated documentation.

In the latter case, the user will pick the Public Transport Card in the office that vhas requested once prompted the day and turn they can remove it. The nine offices are in the interchanges and Metro stations of Avenida de América, Ciudad Universitaria, Colonia Jardín, Moncloa, Nuevos Ministerios, Plaza de Castilla, Príncipe Pío and Sol and at the headquarters of Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid.
