The Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid, as an international leader in the field of public transport, received this week a delegation of transport authorities of Kazakhstan. The purpose of this expert group was to study the legal and institutional framework under which public-private roads and public transport operating in Madrid. The delegation also been taken as a case study the Nuevos Ministerios and airport Metro line, which have come accompanied by representatives of the institution in Madrid.

Once at the Nuevos Ministerios station, the Kazakh authorities have visited the exchanger and attended a presentation on the functioning and organization of the  Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid and another presentation of the Madrid Metro.

After attending the presentation, the delegation was able to check the quality of the facilities, making a tour of Metro line 8 to arrive at Barajas Airport, where they completed their sight.

Again, the Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid has shared his international experience: Just last year, the agency served more than 40 foreign delegations were interested in different aspects of the Madrid public transport system. Since early 2013, this institution has been visited by representatives from the five continents, and particularly in the first week of September, the Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid and has hosted delegations from Oslo, Angola and France.
