Public transport in Madrid, both in the field of infrastructure development and in the management of the entire system has again been turn this week in an example to study for cities of Finland and Chile. Delegations from both countries have been received by the Consorcio Regional de Transportes de Madrid to know all those elements and good practices that have become the Community of Madrid in a model in the area of ​​transport.

In the first case, responsible for the project of the new Central station of Tampere, the third largest city in Finland, have come to the regional body interested in intermodal model. They have visited the Moncloa and Príncipe Pío interchange stations, and the Light Rail line 1, which provides service Sanchinarro neighborhood, or Pinar de Chamartín station, among other infrastructures.
