The terminal T4, the most recent of the Airport Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, is located approximately 2 kilometers from terminals T1, T2 and T3. Furthermore, a driverless underground transit train connects the two buildings comprising the terminal: the main and the satellite. The Metro line 8 together with the C-1 of Suburban RENFE Railway, EMT bus lines (including Airport Express EMT Bus, running 24 hours) and two suburban bus lines are connecting the terminal with different places of Madrid. There are also intercity bus services traveling to and from some capital cities of Spain.
A free shuttle bus service called "Transit Bus" (Bus Tránsito) connects with each other the airport terminals: T1, T2, T3 and T4.
